System Features & Capabilities
Advanced Helmet Display
The helmet features an external optical sensor that captures and sends real-time images of the coded devices and workpieces to the simulator. The simulator then generates 3D images of metal workpieces, seamlessly augmenting them into your physical surroundings.
Real-Time Instructor Feedback
The external display on the simulator replicates the exact view inside the user's helmet. This provides instructors with immediate visibility into the student's technique, helping correct positioning, speed, and angles prior to actual live arc welding in the lab.
NCCER Level 1 & 2 Curriculum
Pre-integrated with standard exercises for welding levels 1 and 2 NCCER curriculum, aligning perfectly with AWS SENSE standards and educational guidelines.
Post-Weld Diagnostics & LMS
User performance is instantly scored, graphed, and recorded for playback. Instructors can use the included user-friendly Learning Management System (LMS) software via the controller to manage courses, create customized quizzes, track student progress, and review video playbacks one-on-one.
