WE ARE NOT SURE HOW THEY WORK. WE TOOK AN ACTIVE LINE OF EQUIPMENT OUT OF A TEXTILE FACTORY AND THESE ARE NOW BEING LIQUIDATED. THESE WERE BEING USED FOR PUTTING TIPS ON CUSTOM PRINTED SHOW LACES / LANYARDS
