Returns Policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase and we never intentionally misrepresent products please be aware we do not offer warranties or guarantees unless specifically listed in writing. Returnable merchandise will only be accepted per the terms of our return policy below. Unless specifically mentioned used equipment is sold as is, with what is pictured. However, the best way to be certain you are getting what you expect is to ask questions before your purchase.

Feel free to contact us in order to get more pictures or arrange to inspect in person. We would rather take the additional time to provide you more details instead of paying huge amounts of money for shipping to find out a purchase will not work for your particular application.

14-Day Return Policy: If you would like to return an item listed as returnable in precisely the same condition you received it, we would be happy to assist in the return, if you contact us within 14 days of purchase. All returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee and buyer is responsible for shipping and insurance costs to and from their location. All electrical hookups and specialty equipment must be installed by qualified technicians with appropriate licensing.  All shipping costs are non-refundable. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Tracking number as proof of return shipping, and insurance to be applied to returned shipments to cover losses or damage in transit or you will be liable for those losses. All return shipments over $500 will require signature delivery.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue. Shipments insured for the purchase price require timely notice and response. Buyers can file a claim by submitting related pictures and with a copy of Shippers Invoice detailing the damages to insurance and Stillman Co will cooperate with requirements of claims.

Refunds 

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. Please remember it can take some time for your refund to be processed.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. Buyer agrees in no case is ANY shipping or return shipping refundable.

Buyer agrees to hold Stillman Co. harmless for all products purchased whether used, unused, kept or returned. We do not warrant that the quality of any products, services, information, or other material purchased or obtained by you will meet your expectations, or that any errors service will be corrected.

Buyer agrees that returns or credits are not guaranteed and may only be partial or rejected if equipment is used, removed from crate or packaging, not installed correctly, not installed by licensed tradesmen, not checked by trained technicians, or altered in any way. Buyer is responsible for all outgoing and return shipping costs. Buyer accepts all shipping costs in every instance, for every item, regardless of reason. Buyer agrees to pay all return shipping costs timely and immediately, when necessary.

BUYER UPON PURCHASE, PICKUP OR DELIVERY ACCEPTS IMMEDIATE OWNERSHIP, CARE, RESPONSIBILITY AND LIABILITY FOR ITEMS PURCHASED. BUYER WHEN PURCHASING ACCEPTS TROY STILLMAN OR STILLMAN CO(SELLER) RETURN TERMS OR DEAD ON ARRIVAL POLICES ARE IN NO WAY A GUARANTEE OR WARRANTY OF THE ITEMS PURCHASED AND BUYER ACCEPTS ANY AND ALL ITEMS PURCHASED WITH ALL FLAWS AND DEFECTS AS IS AND POTENTIAL LIABILITY CAUSED BY FLAWS OR DEFECTS EVEN IF THEY WERE NOT NOTICED OR DESCRIBED AT TIME OF SALE. 

STILLMAN COMPANY, TROY STILLMAN OR ANY OTHER PARTY ASSOCIATED WITH THE SELLER ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR LIABILITIES FOR SAFE USE OR EQUIPMENT AND OR MALFUNCTIONS OF ANY SORT AT ANYTIME. ALL EQUIPMENT IS SOLD AS IS FOB STILLMAN CO. WE PROVIDE FREIGHT INSURANCE, ON SOME EQUIPMENT IF LISTED WE MAY A RETURN POLICY WITH TERMS LISTED ABOVE OR A DEAD-ON ARRIVAL POLICY WITH TERMS LISTED ABOVE HOWEVER THIS IS NOT A WARRANTY TO BUYER!!! 

OFFERING A DISCOUNT, RETURN SHIPPING, PARTS OR FINANCIAL SUPPORT OF ANY KIND IS NOT ACCEPTANCE OF THE SELLER FOR LIABILITY FOR EQUIPMENT SOLD. BUYER AGREES NEVER TO HOLD SELLER RESPONSIBLE OR LIABLE AT ANY TIME OR FOR ANY REASON AND HERBY ACCEPTS ALL LIABILITIES OF OWNERSHIP UPON OBTAINING POSSESSION OF ITEMS FROM SELLER. BUYER ACCEPTS EQUIPMENT AS USED AND ANY POSSIBLE FAULTS IT MAY HAVE NOW OR IN THE FUTURE.

UPON PICKUP OR DELIVERY TO BUYER, BUYER ACCEPTS ALL LIABILITIES FOR EQUIPMENT AS OWNER AND AS IS. BUYER ACCEPTS ALL LIABILITY FOR INSTALLATION, AND ANY POTENTIAL FUTURE LIABILITY CAUSED BY EQUIPMENT MALFUNCTION OR FAILURE OR INJURY CAUSED TO PERSONS OR PROPERTY USING HANDLING OR STORING THE MERCHANDISE OR EQUIPMENT.  BUYER ACCEPTS RESPONSIBILITY UPON DELIVERY OF MERCHANDISE OF ANY AND ALL LIABILITIES ASSOCIATED WITH INSTALLATION AND POSSESSION AND OWNERSHIP OF THIS EQUIPMENT. BUYER ALSO ACCEPTS ALL LIABILITY OF EQUIPMENT AS OWNER EVEN IF THAT FALLS WITHIN ANY RETURN PERIODS OFFERED BY SELLER WHILE EQUIPMENT IS IN BUYERS POSSESSION. BUYER UPON PURCHASE HERBY ACCEPTS LIABILITIES THAT MAY ARISE WHILE ITEM IS IN BUYERS POSSESSION NO MATTER HOW LIMITED THAT PERIOD OF POSSESSION MAY BE.

IF BUYER CHOOSES TO RETURN ITEMS OR EQUIPMENT TO SELLER; BUYER HEREBY ACCEPTS ANY LIABILITIES THAT MAY HAVE ARISEN DURING THEIR TIME OF OWNERSHIP OR POSSESSION PRIOR TO BEING RETURNED TO SELLER.  A DEAD ON ARRIVAL POLICY OR RETURN POLICY DOES NOT COVEY ANY LIABILITY OR GUARANTEE OR WARRANTY OF ANY KIND BY THE SELLER.
